Special Council Meeting

July 12, 2015

The Council of the Village of Riverlea met on the above date at 230 W Riverglen Drive, Riverlea. The following Council members were present: Michael A. Blanchard, Scott K. Gordon, Jenny D. Jones, and Jacalyn Slemmer Also present were Joshua C. Mehling, Clerk-Treasurer and L. Leah Reibel, Solicitor. At 6:00 pm Gordon called the meeting to order.

Resolution 2015-14

Resolution 2015-14, A Resolution to Request the Franklin County Budget Commission to Grant the 0.65 in Inside Millage to the Village of Riverlea, Ohio was introduced by Jones. Blanchard moved and Jones seconded the motion to waive the three readings of this resolution in order to submit the resolution to the County in a timely fashion. The motion passed unanimously (4-0). Jones moved and Slemmer seconded the motion to adopt this resolution. The motion passed unanimously (4-0).

Adjournment

There being no further business, Blanchard moved and Jones seconded the motion to adjourn. The motion was approved unanimously (4-0). The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 pm.
