Regular meeting: December 8, 2014

A meeting of the Village of Riverlea Planning Commission was held September 8, 2014 at 5830 Falmouth Ct. Members present were Michael Jones (Planning Commissioner), Jo Ann Bierman, Robert Davis, and Carolee Noonan. Also present was Jenny Jones. Joshua C. Mehling served as Clerk. The Planning Commissioner called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.

1. 1. The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of September 8, 2014 were not read since each member had received a copy. Bierman moved and Davis seconded the motion that the minutes be approved as submitted by the Clerk. The following vote was recorded on the motion: Yea: 4, Bierman, Davis, Jones, and Noonan; Nay: None. The motion carried 4-0.
2. An application for a Certificate of Appropriateness by Jenny Jones and Joshua Hawley at 5781 Crescent Ct to remove a concrete patio and sidewalk in the rear of the yard and construct a new paver patio off of the deck, along with the extension of a sidewalk from the patio to the rear of the house. The increase in hardscaping as a result of this project would be less than 0.2%. Jones is not yet sure about all the materials to be used. Davis moved and Bierman seconded the motion to approve the application for a certificate of appropriateness as submitted. The following vote was recorded on the motion: Yea: 4, Bierman, Davis, Jones, and Noonan: Nay, None. The Motion carried 4-0.

The Commission took no additional action. Noonan moved and Bierman seconded a motion to adjourn. The motion was approved unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 pm.
