- Ordinance 03-2024 – The 2025 Annual Appropriation Ordinance (Village) had its third reading and passed.
- Ordinance 04-2024 – An Ordinance to Approve a Modification and Realignment of Ordinance 02-2023, The Annual Appropriation Ordinance (Village) , and to Declare an Emergency was introduced by Pyter and passed as an emergency.
- Resolution 2024-13 – A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor of the Village of Riverlea, Ohio to Contract with the City of Worthington, Ohio and the Worthington Police Department to Provide Police Services in the Village was introduced by Amick and passed as an emergency.
- The Mayor reminded Council that the Village Luminary event will be held on Friday, December 20. In case of inclement weather, the makeup date is Sunday, December 22.
- The Planning Commissioner stated that the Planning Commission discussed the potential of revising the language in the Village code around fences. They will be discussing this at upcoming meetings.
- The Street Commissioner reported that the stormwater collection unit was recently cleaned out and recommended that this take place semi-annually going forward. The Chair of the Infrastructure Committee stated that this will be added to the infrastructure management schedule.
- Council discussed the need for a succession plan for the Street Commissioner position.
- The Chair of the Infrastructure Committee reported that the Committee had received the report form Burgess & Niple on the CCTV storm sewer inspection. There are no issues that need to be dealt with immediately but there are a few minor issues that should be addressed at some point.
- Council will address the potential of issuing information to new residents at the January meeting.
- The following expenses were approved:

$550.00 – American Legal Publishing – 2025 hosting fees
$891.15 – Dan Schlichting – Entrance sign repairs
